If you possess professional caregiving experience or have cared for a loved one, we welcome your application. Follow our six-step recruitment process to begin your journey into a rewarding live-in care job!
Our application process consists of a few straightforward steps, and you could receive an offer in as little as 24 hours:
Step 1: Search
Navigate to our job placement page by clicking the button below. Once on the page, search our directory of job placement, either by location or job types.
Step 2: Apply
If you find any job of interest, fill the form at the end of the job's details. Write a cover letter in the text area provided and upload the relevant documents (your CV/Resume).
Step 3: One Experience Questionnaire
If you've passed the initial online application stage, you'll immediately receive an email containing a link to our One Experience questionnaire. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received the email. The One Experience questionnaire incorporates video clips, written inquiries, and audio segments that simulate scenarios encountered as a Live-in Carer. You should allocate approximately 30 minutes to complete it.
Step 4: Interview
After successfully completing the One Experience assessment, the next phase involves a phone interview. If this stage progresses smoothly, we proceed with a face-to-face interview, which can be conducted via Skype or a similar platform.
Step 5: Offer
If we believe you would be a valuable addition to our team, we will extend a job offer, contingent upon receiving your references and successfully passing the required police checks for England and Scotland.
Step 6: Induction Training
You will receive an invitation to participate in our 5-day induction training. Please be aware that assessments will be conducted during this period, and successful completion of these assessments is necessary to confirm your employment status.
